Wonky Cat Press Ltd is named after a very wonky cat called Looey who was found on the streets of Baku, Azerbaijan, in 2003.

She was hiding in a hole in a courtyard and was in a very sorry state. Dehydrated and ravaged with a broken tail, she was delighted to be adopted by an unsuspecting human who just happened to be passing by and took pity on her.

She travelled the world with her new mum and lived to the ripe old age of 21. She is now buried in a Cornish garden under a pot of roses.
